yes everythings was from OC UK, that's the issue it could be many different problems , surely theres a way of someone from OCUK taking a look or replacing it

i confirm all details are correct, thankyou for getting back to me.
i have a question though will it be possible to send me a new one with the bios updated for my (R5 2600), in the process of me returning the faulty one so the turn around time is quicker because i am in desperate need of a PC for work use, and am loosing money as i cannot work ,
