According to the article they raided Moody's home based on well, a warrant suggesting there was enough of an indication of wrongdoing in the transfers for a warrant to be issued. The lawsuit from Mackay over his firing being handled so quickly and seemingly with little/no pay off(when other managers have gotten silly payouts for unjust firings, walking away from 7.5mil seems.... dodgy itself).

Both of them issuing apologies over it suggests at the very least the nasty texts/e-mails are irrefutable.

The spying thing is, well, if Moody asked Cardiff players or staff for info while he was employed at Palace, frankly he should have been sacked for that alone and have serious trouble getting another job in football.

Moody and Mackay just seem like a dodgy pair, more to the point, why, seriously why were Palace interested in Mackay at all, he was very poor with Cardiff and looked out of his depth.

News just in as well that Iain Moody has resigned as sporting director at Crystal Palace. Looks like that news about Malky is true.

Tim Sherwood would do an alright job there, potentially keep them up!

That's what I mean though, the squad needs renovating and Moyes didn't really do anything about it.
