Just say hi to her, and be yourself mate :).. no need to ask us crazy lot of people what to send in a txt, christ i can't think of nothing worse.. look above and below my post lol.

Being yourself is the best thing you can do. Ask her when shes off, for a proper meet up wth her?

Don't text - grow some balls and call the woman!

You need to be calm and confident on the phone.

Figure out a day when you're free for a short drink... make the first date only about 20-30 minutes, but have the option to extend on the fly if it's going really well.

Conversation should go something similar to:

(in a slightly cocky but funny manner) Hey, it's that guy you liked the other night.

- she'll say - hey or how're you doing... feel free to respond and recriprocate.

Then say something along the lines of... I'm really busy at the moment, but i'm free on *insert time/day*. How about you come and join me for a quick drink/coffee/candy floss/*try and put something original in if you can* at *insert place*. That way if you turn out to be a weirdo I can come up with some silly excuse like errr... i left the cheese out of the fridge and run away!

... wait for response... if she says she is busy then feel free to ask her when she isn't. General rule of thumb is to say no to the first time she gives you, but then on the second one, sound surprised that you're actually available to see her. Make sure you determine the place you're going to, if possible make it a surprise.

Then make sure you end the conversation, tell her you have to go do something... you don't need to be specific.

Well that's a bit brief... but you get the idea. It conveys that you are confident, you have a life and probably most importantly that you are the one selecting her, not the other way around. Women find those features extremely attractive.

I could explain more - but I don't want to give away too many of my secrets for free :p

God I hate jesters... always end up getting dragged there though!

Nah Jesters is easier than that.

"Wanna ****?" is the way to go there. They usually slur back, which is a sure sign they are drunk enough to not know what's going on and at that point i'm well in. :cool:

Fairy muff... Physics with Astronomy 2nd year... more of an Ocean & Collins person, but like I said... constantly getting dragged to Jesters! I think it was when the walls and the floor where the same puke colour that really put me off lol! Ah well... at least they re-painted :eek:

I need to get involved with more societies... not much of a break-dancer myself though.. on the comittee for trident paintball tho :D lol

Yeh im quite fond of there too, usually busy Tuesdays mornings but my housemate runs monday nights so its always good.

Yeah - they make it too easy there - I'd much rather have a challenge - or at least play a bit of a game... hence Ocean & Collins for the up-market totty :D

Ah ok - I've only ever been on Thurs/Fri/Sat... Sat is a completely nutty night - but thurs and fri are great.... I should try mon/tues

Can't say you'd be likely to catch me in either OC or Jesters anymore tbh, I chillax in Goblets with Poletrix being a favourite after venue, among others.

Thats pretty accurate advice...........however, its got David De Angelo slapped all over it :p

To the OP, try this, seems to work a treat for getting a 1st date :)
