Yea, i made sure that he was aware in the difference in service procedure. None the less, we can buy replacement parts for next day delivery anyway, and i dont think we have the service plan anyway, only for the main data server. But he said that since we are spending half as much as normal, we can buy twice as often... which i thought was a bit of a funny comment, but im not gonna argue.
