Same here, I felt the game could have been so much more amazing because the gameplay did look fun but the minor annoyances overall were too much for me.

I can see it'd be great on a console but I haven't bothered investing in the latest gen yet.
 
I am the mate cmndr_andi mentioned

The co-op is hilarious and very well done, you can bring a friend into your game world and then muck about blow up vehicles complete missions together ect

I personally havn't noticed any performance problems but I have a fairly powerful pc

The graphics are not as good as gtaIV but I couild not tear myself away from it whereas for a good chunk of gtaIV it was like I've paid for the game so I should complete it but this game is too realistic to be fun
 
Apologies for the thread bump but I bit the bullet and picked up a copy of this cheap a few days ago. Needed something to keep me amused till Borderlands. :cool:

Just wondering, are there any mods for SR2 that improve the quality of the visuals?. So far I'm finding the actual game just about average but the graphics really do suck the proverbial big one. :(
 
Also, a wee question.

How do you progress through the storyline/missions?.

I look at the map and see loads of green and blue coloured question marks which are "Unknown Store" or "Unknown Activity".

But where do you go to go through the main missions?.

***EDIT*** No matter, worked out how to change the filters on the map screen.....DOH!!!!
