Why wasnt SR3 on Steam at release? I heard it was something to do with GAME or something, but now its suddenly available on the Steam store? What gives?

They speak a load of rubbish, this is GOTY for me. With Skyrim (what little I have played) a close second

I did the last 2 missions at the weekend, on the 1st one i called in a tank to help clear the mobs but after that could never call in a vehicle or heli again? thought it was a timer thing but went on to complete the game fully (both endings) and still cant call out a vehicle?

anyone else had this?
Iv completed it now so it doesnt overly matter but interested to see if its a common bug.

Some Saints Row 3 shots I felt were worthy of sharing, this game is so over the top its actually pretty fun(ny) most of the time:

I found Religion:

Not surprising why! Confess your sins now my child, no matter how depraved they are

'THE' coolest vehicle in the game, a Tron clone car:

Even cooler once you get in it, the coolest light show ever! BTW, looking at the surrounding shady characters walking about, 'There goes the neighborhood'!

Last but not least, during a mission one of my homies went down, normally I get them up real quick but for some reason, with this one, I just kept staring!

Also, is someone using the cheats, judging by the ammo count you have!

What I love when loading up my save game with SR3 is you can run out of your safe house and sky dive off the edge, its great fun.

Any idea if it's possible to change view when driving cars of if there is a mod/tweak to do it?

It is quite big yeah. But not that much to do (based on sr2), now I loved this game and still do. But compared to sr2 the actual game missions and side missions are not as big.

But hell this game rocks and it looks amazing. Replay factor is very high imo

The map is like exactly the same size as GTA 4, graphics are better though.

What settings can i change to get better performance without sacrificing quality too much?

I've only got a 3ghz c2d and a gtx 260, it runs alright with highish settings but outside fps is a bit low.

Anyone know what's up, i don't think fps should drop so low outside when indoors i get 70fps, outside between 22 and 30.

sound right to me aswell..

i saw fps drop to high 50's with 580 sli...

Any idea how to change the secondary weapon? I've got grenades, bottles, some electric grenade, but I can't change between them?

I press G on the keyboard, might be different if you are using a gamepad.
