I was the last in the line of traffic, that's why he pulled out. So I wouldn't of thought it was inconsiderate to not let him out just to save him half a second of further waiting. Also, if you take a moment to look at the map of the junction, if I had stopped, I may have been blocking the other side of the cross roads.
I guess, but only if recorded enough sound detail to make out my indicators being active, over the sound of my Girls Aloud megamix.
Did you ask the body shop what they did?
If that was an insurance job coming into our place we'd have just fitted a new wing rather than faffing about with panel pulling and filler.
Your what?![]()
They should start to charge people a surcharge for deliberately prolonging a claim. What a muppet.
Just said that they'd pulled and repaired it as the damage was light enough that it would be easier than cutting in a new panel.
At the scene he gave me a business card with all his contact details. I was so angry when I heard he was disputing, I was really tempted to call him up and ask him wtf he was up to. Wouldn't of got me anywhere, but would have made me feel better![]()
I really don't understand what goes through people's minds, I guess in moronland it's impossible to get a moron to admit they're a moron.
Just think how much inconvenience and stress could have been avoided by being a little more considerate and "Flashing" the RR driver out as you approached the junction!![]()

Flashing headlights. Only flash your headlights to let other road users know that you are there. Do not flash your headlights to convey any other message or intimidate other road users.

Never assume that flashing headlights is a signal inviting you to proceed. Use your own judgement and proceed carefully.
I have done mine through Honda Accident Management as my car is under warranty and this doesn't effect my insurance and excess. Ever heard of it or a similar service? I know you aren't a Honda driver but just curious.
