Just had my phone replaced with a new one and this time the GPS works but I am beginning to think if I should have even bothered because the GPS is real bad. Updates too slow and takes ages to get a lock.
yeah I was going to flash it myself but I don't really want to risk it, I don't mind waiting for Froyo even if it does take ages.
How safe is it to root the phone, and is it easy to get back to 'stock' if anything happens?
When rooting the phone, what roms give you 2.2? or is this just a download i can do after rooting it?.
Things have moved on a bit since the OCLF, it's really more suited to 2.1 I find. The OCLF ext2 loop cheats with the quadrant scores as wellI used Ryanza lag fix and it worked like a charm and my 2.2 was done with the kies reg hack....unrooting it is just a click away.
