Samsung Galaxy S24 Family Thread

That's what I'm hoping for. I'm giving this 2 weeks or so and see what Samsung does. the hardware is there. Software is where it's lacking
Just out of curiosity, what was the last Samsung phone you owned (assuming you have had one in the past).

Oh wow, I think the S7 Edge was my first ever Samsung phone!
I only ask as I wanted to understand what you've been used to, as Samsung phones do tend to show grain in lower light areas, which I personally have got used to now (assuming the S24u hasn't gone down hill even more!).
My daughter has an iPhone 13 pro, so I can see where you are coming from.

It's always difficult with a new Samsung model, as I recall concerns being raised with the S23u when it first came out, so I held off, until they released a patch and solved most of them, then I regretted ordering one (got one in the end though).

It will be interesting to see what they can and can't fix in their up coming software releases.

I'm just going to sen
Anyone actually managed to claim the Disney+ sub? Apparently my device is not eligible and looking at the boost website it doesn't list the s24 yet.

In the preorder is definitely mentions it and I took a screenshot as Samsung has a habit of hiding these away
I've just done mine.. Go to the Samsung Wallet and it should be there, along with the £30 discount from Samsung store.

Do you guys use screen protectors? Not sure to buy a screen protector. I seen samsung cases which you flip open protecting the screen and back
I'm just using basic case that came with ee cover insurance

I have done so for the last two phones I have owned.

Cex are terrible for low balling offers. I only sell to them if it's the very last resort!
Very true, just for less hassle, also as they will buy almost anything.

Need to find best place to sell the free leather case and the screen protectors, no use for them.

I'm a bit late to the photo show, here is the back of the Titanium Orange if anyone is thinking of going for it.

I am getting used to the shade of Orange, my only dislike about it is that annoying CE printed on it, makes my blood boil. We left the eu years ago.

Hope the pictures help in your choice of colour.

Delivered yesterday and I've had a bit of time to setup and play with the phone now, it's great! Easily the best phone I've ever used. Fast, clear screen, smooth as silk, feels good in my hand and looks great (until I put the free vegan case on it) I'll replace that later. The free screen protectors are pretty good too.

I've also just sent my pixel 7 pro off in the trade in bag :o a shame to see it go but this S24 ultra is definitely an upgrade!

Yeah the vegan leather case for the ultra is not for me, will be getting a spigen one in a couple of days
I don't mind the vegan leather case thingy but I would have preferred it somewhere near the same colour as the phone. I'm using the Spigen Optik Armor also and I'm pleased with it.
