Memtest is essential initially TBH. Then Prime Blend.

I loop tests two and five as RAM 99% of the time will fail on these.

I agree (wasn't in any particular order), except I don't have a penshtick to shtick it on right now

Also have to say thanks to everybody in this thread, I have my 8gb kit at 2133, 9-10-10-25 with some other timings lowered as well. First time I have ever overclocked ram beyond manufacturer specs.

You cant loop em both at once. Just run test 2 for say ten passes and test 5 for 10 passes. Then your good to go,

Memtest test 5 was the killer for me, failed all the time until i upped vDimm

Yeah test 5 and test 2 looped for about ten passes on each is normally good enough to show up memory errors.

How exactly? I can see the advanced tab has "Test" onit but I don't think that is what you mean..or is it.

Honestly I know plenty about PC's but just have never used Prime on 2 specific tests :/

Joe this is what i do to test my memory. If you pass 5-10 tests of this its pretty stable Just copy my settings brah either that or wait for master 8 pack to reply.

I chose 12 threads as i think you have an AMD 6 core with hyper threading yeah?

This was how i got my sammy greens rock solid stable.

TY Matt. I wish it had 12 thread. 6 Physical only, however if I get the new job I am going for it'll be an Z77 + 3770k system soon...or an X79 + 3930K if I wanna go crazy
