Where did you get the Samsung NVME driver?
I benchmarked on Userbenchmark.com and got this:
42nd percentile which I guess is due to it being limited by a laptops cooling Vs desktop.
Basically for every 100 of the same sad tested 58 scored better and 41 scored worse.
So it's working fine I would say for a laptop. These drives will run hot in a laptop which may cause performance to be affected.
I wouldn't say that anything is drastically wrong. You may be able to improve scores if you bodge some cooling onto it but space is limited to work with so possibly a cooling pad or a fan blasting the laptop may help. Or turn the fans cooling profile up but then you have noise to deal with.
Anyway your score looks fine. Average is 286% and you scored 284%.
