Washing Machines with 5 year warranty, nice.

Where are the serial numbers for these drives when claiming cashback? Loads of codes unsure which is the serial.

Would I be correct in thinking this is the serial? Or one of the ones on the packaging.

I bought a Samsung SSD and a 10.1 Tablet before Chirstmas and got cashback on them both, however they didn't make it easy. I seem to remember there is a fairly narrow window for you to apply for this, which doesn't start from the date you buy it. This means you need to wait and remember to go back in before the window closes.

Also, as a few others have mentioned, there were a lot of detailed questions, some of which (particularly on the Tablet), I had to look up on the internet to find - they simply were not mentioned in the software (so don't expect this to be a 2 minute job).

I think my point here is: While I felt that Samsung were (deliberately?) not making this easy for you to collect, I did eventually get my cashback on both products.

I got cashback on an 830 SSD last year and while there was the minor issue of having to apply between 30 and 45 days from purchase can't recall it being difficult to complete the form and payment came the stated 45 days later.

I contacted Samsung and this offer is only valid for UK customers who purchased from a UK retailer.

Kinda gutted after having bought 2 Samsung SSD's thinking I could get the cash back promo.

It is on packing or just on the drive.

I have just checked my and I do not qualify... Would be nice to get £15 :]

I haven't checked the drive because it's in my system and i'm being lazy. But no serial number on the packaging matches the one given to me by intel toolbox.

Samsung say they pay within 28 days, well I'm on day 33 now with no sign of my cashback. But I expect this from a company like Samsung.

I had this on the 830 SSD cash back promo, it turned out they received my claim but they never got around to validating it, so a quick email got them on the case and I had it within a week, best check with them :)

The question is,
get 2x 500GB 840's now = 543.98 - 3% quidco cashback - £80 samung cashback:
£447.66
get the M500 960GB with my new build = 487.99 - 5% (ocuk future deal) - 3% quidco cashback = £449.68

I think i have my answer really :p

I take it that the 840's get £40 and pro's get £50 cos their website says the opposite on that picture:
