Samsung say they pay within 28 days, well I'm on day 33 now with no sign of my cashback. But I expect this from a company like Samsung.

I spoke to a nice lady at Samsung this week about mine that is well overdue, she told me the claim was valid and that they raise cheques on a Friday.
