My F1 just came, It's completely silent. I seriously can't hear it over my CPU fan and that's bloody quiet!

So far I'm happy.

using a 500gb seagate. Cannot hear a thing, and I chose this over the samsung F1.

I've been told by OCUK it might take up to 5 weeks for the whole RMA process to be completed

Gonna be tempted to get a Seagate as well in the meantime!

My new seagate 500GB failed after 6 months, so I just bought myself a 1TB Samsuing F1 to replace it! The replacement is going to be sold when it comes back to give me back some of the difference...

I've been dubious about "Fragile" "Handle with care" "This way up" stickers for that very reason. People will just take the **** and treat it like hell.

If you do the RMA through rexo.co.uk it'll take less than a week, no need to get OcUK involved.
