Sandy Bridge GPU encoding?

The benefits of over clocking is you can achieve ultra high end CPU performance for the price of a mid range CPU! Eg 2600k over clocked to 4.5ghz is £230 and on games it's beats i7 980x £750
 
hmm well looked at that you tube video, and it dosent say its faster than cuda it says it takes the load off the cpu so you can use the pc as well as encode the vids, would love to see how long it takes to encode a 2 hour bluray, doubt its faster than cuda.
