Right, I've had the response back, up2nogooduk. It is as follows:
Basically, the card we got was the non-OC card. All well and good, they admit that. But here's where the problem starts.
Our options are either to:
a) Send the card back for a full refund, or
b) Keep the card.
Reason being? The OC one is now not listed on their site and they are now out of stock. So we have the option of keeping the card, or getting it refunded and buying a more expensive card. So that's it.
