I found out about this a while ago, it looks pretty awesome :)

It's a shame that there isnt a PC card that looks quite like this... I'm sure a BIOS flash would be possible, but that's just a tremendous waste of money :p

Oh I thought it was going to be a white PCB 7950, disappointed, as for one it's not by the looks of it, then to top it of it only fits Apple:(

Good for Apple users though, massive upgrade by the sounds of it for them:)

Works on OSX AND Windows from what I understand, has a bios switch, one side is EFI for OSX and the other is UEFI for windows.

Meh, where is the white PCB?

anyone could buy a standard reference 7950, strip the fan shroud down and spray it white for less than a tenner!

And as soon as the bios is dumped everyone with some sense will be buying standard 7950's and flashing them, am I right?!

Almost, most with sense wouldn't have paid out for the Mac Pro these are aimed at, most with sense would be running a less legitimate setup with the CPU and GPU of their choice ;)

Power Connectors look quite standard too?

Custom BIOS, custom drivers for OSX and a very small number will be made.

It's expensive, but so is the Titan and Ares.

But the Titan and Ares are special.

This as above is just a painted over reference card. It's already been made in large numbers just in a different colour :p
