SATA hard drive problem

Hi,

I've just recieved two 640gb SATA hard drives from OCUK.
I installed a fresh copy of Windows XP on one and they're both recognised in the BIOS yet only one shows up in Windows.

Any ideas? Could it be they're both being allocated the same drive letter by any chance? I never checked this..

Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc
Needs to be initialized and formatted.
