Thanks everyone for taking the time to reply. If anyone else would like to share their drive details I'll continue to update the OP, should anyone else benefit from this information in future.

My SATA 8TB is 512, the rest are NVMe and are 4096. The OS drive has been cloned over each SSD upgrade since Vista, so originally would have been 512 before the utility I used at the time then converted it to 4096 during the cloning process (TrueImage/Samsung Magician)).
