depends what im gonna do with it, in a sandwhich i prefer grilled but in a fry up...fried all the time.

Kirk's Butchers off Dudley Street in Wolverhmapton do the best British sausages. Although there is a fantastic butchers in the Covered Market in Oxford that also do extremely good sausages too.

Fried slowly, split in half in a sandwich with a little HP sauce.
