Saving Sessions / Demand reduction thread

Another 20 minutes on the phone, I've spoken to a different person everyday, and they've all been excellent. The guy this morning fully appreciated the situation, and did quite a bit of digging around. He found an E21 error, which is a communication error, so he has requested a remote reboot of the communication hub, and will chase again this afternoon.

After I spoke to him I did some Googling, it seems firmware updates often cause this issue, and midnight sounds a good time to do a firmware update. Also have WiFi access points too close can cause issues, but I've not changed any of those, they've been in the same place for years. Sometimes it requires some one to come out, pull the main fuse to reset it.

Data always cuts off around midnight, the smart meter readings usually appear for me from the previous day at some point in the afternoon, it always terminates the data at around the midnight mark.

So don't think it necessarily stopped working at midnight, just failed to carry on sending anything on a certain day.

I missed the first one as I didn't get notified but being able to net £30 a session is nice.
