In English the term refers to a specific dish where they are served in a white sauce with mashed potato on top. One of those things I guess that got mixed up in translation.
I doubt it - I expect they've just been hit by a very hot grill and have a coating to crust up.

My girlfriends dad gets them from friends, in a trade for lobsters he catches.
Had some the other day when at the other half's parents house. Pea puree, and crispy bacon (although I didn't have any) with it. Oh my gosh they are so so so so delicious.
And a cheeky bit of marinated lobster tail on the plate as well![]()
