I have a Fujitsu MAJ3091MP Ultra 160 SCSI hard drive.

It has a 168 pin connection on the back. I want to connect this HD via a PCI SCSI adapter which that looks like it has a slightly larger IDE connection, i used to use it for a SCSI CD Writer.

Can anyone suggest which cable i need to buy, as i have searched high and low without success.

Cheers

Do you have the make and model of the scsi card? Could be an 80 pin adapter instead of the 68 pin of your drive, in which case you'll need an 80-68 pin adapter, but TBH I haven't come across it that way around before - normally 68 pin on the card and either 68 or 80 pin at the drive

If the card only has the 50pin IDC connector then it's narrow SCSI at the most so the drive will be bandwidth limited. There's also a distinct possibility that if the card came with a CD writer then it won't be bootable.
