Scythe Kama-bay

had to take the filter due to it rubbing out once i changed the fan to something better than the puny 800 they give you with it.
if they sold it without the fan and knocked £8 quid off the price i would recommend it, but for £18 its over priced tbh

Wow. I paid £12 for my Kama bay - from OCUK! I changed the fan to a scythe jyuni 1200rpm, and the filter to one I stole from the intake of my old akasa mirage (cut to fit). I use a hoover to clean it (from outside of case).

i read through this one the other day. remember you brading all the leads etc which i thought must have taken forever but gave excellent results.

never noticed your name at top. Good work squire

Thanks ;)

Oh and regarding the foam snagging on the fan, there are 2 metal rods that hold the foam against the front of the Kama Bay. It is very important to push these tight against the front at their ends, underneath where the screws go in. You will probably see what I mean when you get it. I found once they were well pushed down there was no issues with snagging.
