I am actually less excited by this now after watching the gameplay from E3, the treasure hunting looks incredibly basic and the enemies rather lightweight. I was hoping for more in depth treasure hunting that might take an hour or so to figure out where the booty is.

Didnt hear about it till E3, looks like good fun, but probably short lived is my worry, as I dont see how there will be much to keep you interested after the initial fun has worn off.

A game that requires a fair amount of players. It looks quite good, the problem is, there are so many hours for playing games, and there are so many multiplayer games, it might get overlooked by other, bigger titles.

I've had my eye on this for ages, but the more I see and read it just seems to lack depth.

I think if you combined the aesthetic of skull and bones, the complexity of blackwake, and the multiplayer open world of sea of thieves that you'd finally have the pirate game people are looking for.

I'm surprised he's been allowed to do that, the technical alpha is definitely under a strong NDA, and the screens all have the username across the middle to stop leaks!
