Seagate drive

Just to confirm my suspicions (I think I know the answer but need to be sure) My hard disk was fine (it's the 8TB USB Hub version) was all fine going strong yesterday. Got up this morning thought wait a sec why's it disappeared from windows 10.......................seems something has buggered the drive as it not being recognised in windows now (although the USB part still works) I did check it on another device I have and same thing happening. Just churning and not recognising itself. Guessing it's time to start a warranty claim with seagate
