Seagate FreeAgent Desktop problem

I got my Seagate FreeAgent Desktop 250GB yesterday , for some reason i found in device manager with a yellow question mark , please can someone help

I get a pop up saying " Windows needs to install driver software for your freeagentdesktop"

It does not have any driver software ?
