Seagate/Samsung RMA process

I sent a faulty 1TB drive back to Seagate for replacement/repair under warranty and have yet to hear anything. This process started on the 19th January. They have received the drive and the order is 'in process' according to their site. I've tried to email them (generic support email address) and have not had a reply - does anyone have a direct contact email address or any contact information for the relevant department. They are based in Coventry apparently.
