Seagate Solid State Hybrid Drive

So i saw the Seagate Solid State Hybrid Drives on a website and i was wondering if anyone has had one of these or any thoughts on this drive? Want it mainly for storage and it has good reviews and its quiet. Just wondering if anyone can comment on the performance?

Hi

I have a 2 and a 4 tb - iirc crystalmark put it in the 200s read and write. Very difficult to tell if it's faster in real life that a standard drive. Easy to tell it's slower than an ssd though.

So I guess you pay for the benchmarks and the nice feeling!

Okay, i will stick to my plan of just getting a 4TB WD RED for video storing and videos stored for editing, running programs from my SSD anyway
