Seasonic RMA experience

This is great to hear seeing as not to long ago I bought the Seasonic Focus GX 1000W. I must admit the cables that come with it are quality.
At least I know in the future I should be sorted on the PSU front. Probably not so much on the Asus parts
yeah, I used to be not very fussy about PSUs as long as they are 80+, but this has been really impressive for Seasonic and I am probably a convert

not bad

once i sent an RMA request for a PSU (many moons ago)

instead I decided to go instore (it wasnt OCUK :p), and they sorted the replacement

then a few days later i got another replacement in the post

I had a bad experience with Seasonic. They provided an address that is no longer in business. Now, Royal Mail says to return it to sender. Update after a few emails, everything is sorted, and their customer support was excellent.

Unusual.. Seasonic RMA is typically excellent (and rare to require)

There's plenty of good psu manufacturers out there, but for me Seasonic units have never failed, and they've got enough of a reputation that if one did, they'd sort me out. We need more companies like that. God I miss EVGA

What was the actual outcome? Where did you have to send and how did they resolve?
