Seat Leon

I went to see a 52 facelift Cupra(not r) today with leather seats, going for just over 6k, with 75k on the clock.
The leather interior was in great condition and although it was at night, the pictures of the car show the bodywork to be in good condition. Is due for a service but the last one at 62k had the cam/timing belt done.

Is 6k or just under a reasonable price considering the mileage?
 
AMK is 210 ko4
AUQ is Cupra 180 bhp with ko3s turbo
BAM is Cupra R 225 later mk1 R with same k04 turbo as 210 version.
All of which give a very healthy and very noticeable hike in performance with a basic remap.
