Imagine they'll probably be removed for the race ;):p

Would be interesting to see if Petrov / Schumacher could set a new record for the amount of air and F1 car can get after their attempts this year so far :D

schumacher surely you are reffering to ralf using his brother as a launch platform

They've got nothing on Mark Webber:

Schumi going into the back of whoever it was the other week and getting a bit of air was the one I had in mind.

I seem to have slightly sidetracked this thread :D

Re: the Merc flipping over, not dug through the web to find a year, but I think it was 99?

Yeah. 1999

Dumbreck flipped his Merc into the trees and Webber flipped his and ended up in the barriers at the end of Mulsane. I think they both happened in practice sessions before the race, and Merc withdrew.

India has a population 3 times larger than the US though who admittedly aren't as well off. Also though India doesn't have any other formulas does it? USA already has Nascar and Indy so there is more competition for bums on seats I suppose.

A lap of the New Jersey track by a dude with a camera on his dashboard. Some people in New Jersey could make a whole lot of money if they left tourists into their homes to see the race from some of the homes right on the track.

After watching that vid I'd say it'd be more entertaining to have that race round Stoke on Trent. They even have a (meir) tunnel.

Can't see most Americans even liking F1 in its current form, they tend to like their sports to be an anyone can win affair rather than a one man sport.
