Security @ Home

At the moment I'm staying with my parent, so I dont have anything. We live in a pretty decent area though.

In my last place I had a 4 camera PVR setup recording all around my property. I had flood lights, ground anchors and steeringwheel locks.

Just sits on the road as theres no room in my drive. Think it has some sort of alarm but not too fussed as theres loads more cars that are much better than mine, so hopefully they would go for theirs first.

I have a 24/7 security guard, Electric Garage door and CCTV.

acidently left the keys in the ignition a few times and its still been there a week after.

My car itsself has no alarm but if i am not using it for a while i will disable it.

My bike is garaged although its not locked and the car will be off the road (in between houses, bike is at new place)which is in the middle of nowhere you could leave your car open nooone would touch it :P

My cars parked on the drive with no gates. Its got whatever security comes with it as standard. If anything happens to it, its insured.

At home I just park up and walk off, locking or not is if I can be bothered or not. It's great living in the middle of nowhere.

At Uni I just park, lock it and go inside the house. No garage use or stereo faceplate removal or anything.

Yup works for me too :p

Actually I double my security efforts- I own a Skoda and park it next to a 350Z Nismo :p

yup the joys of skoda ownership although mine sits in the street with one of these on display(permanant fitting and not really removable in a hurry

albeit the car is protected by an inch thick layer of cack and grime :) no thieve would want to dirty their white tracky going near it

None of my cars are special enough to warrant special protection, we live on a main road, so its nigh on impossible to protect anyway.

Im more bothered about the scrotes scratching the cars rather than anything else, so i do have some CCTV but thats it.

I just lock my car up and hope no one steals my chewing gum, and if they can survive the stench of my bedroom to get the keys then they're more than welcome to take my car

radiation gun covers the main car park and lasers watch over the entrance/exits. 5 CCTV cameras watch over the west wing and 8 watch the East.
