updated OP.

Btw, it couldn't find the "RIVAPATH " handle because of the space.

Your registers converted

Register 15 - 38 = 56 = 1.1500v
Register 16 - 36 = 54 = 1.1250v
Register 17 - 35 = 53 = 1.1125v
Register 18 - 31 = 49 = 1.0625v

=================

Go to the OP, I have put a batch for the 260 & 280. Same warning. Check the values and path, you do so at your own risk.

Does increasing vcore allow you to raise the shader clock? I've gone up to 1.2375V and not been able to get 1566mhz stable :( It's rock solid at 1512mhz at stock 1.1875V though

Ummm thx for taking the time to do that but when i run it the box opens correctly but when you then press a number for the voltage you want it just closes and no voltage is changed. This is the same if i run as admin aswell.

Im currently running 850/1000 @ 1.3v on my 4870x2, completed vantage at 875/1050 @ 1.4v which gave a huge increase in scores (well huge for vantage anyway!) It crashed at 900 on core tho :/

Forgot to take screeny of it so will have to run it again as well, scored 17838 on last run :D

You're not going to do any damage tbh. Most of these cards have over voltage protection circuits, from my testing this method does not override that function. Take the trace below from my 4870X2. Increasing the voltage with a game running minimised. As it reaches 1.35v you can see that the load current doesn't get any higher. I checked with a multimeter and it limits around 1.35-1.37v. No matter what voltage I select the actual core voltage just can't go any higher. I don't have a 260/280 to hand, but the OVP will be around 1.30v.
