Call and ask them maybe? 00-800-4732-4283 Lasttime I spoke with them, the calls were answered by a french call center which was a painfully slow process as they didn't speak any english. I hope you have better luck.
 
I have filled our the seagate warranty form for all my seagate drives and they have all show up fine with the remaining warranty left.

What was there RMA process like? Ive some data on the HDD, but I cant access it-tried it with X2 motherboards and nothing. Cant remember everything that is on it, but could I erase everything before hand?
 
I haven't had to RMA any of my 7 seagate drives thankfully! I wouldn't worry about erasing stuff thats on it. I doubt they will try to recover your pr0n collection for you and put it on your new drive ;)
 
Perhaps it just the way its being displayed, but it looks like you've put a space before and after the "-" in 9BJ13E-305?

Yup you have, I have just used your serial and its worked to the next stage saying "return" with a tickbox, ya pillock ;)

I got all the way to the shipping address bit using your model number and serial. Give it another try and make sure there are no spaces inbetween the serial number, and double check the model number is the same as your screen shot post as that worked for me. copy and paste the serial that I type in my previous post ;)
