If you haven't used the washers then the screws can pull through the XPS which means the floor is not attached to the ply in places. However, a few hundred kg of compound and then tiles I am not sure if it matters that much.

Well you really need the washers to ensure the boards are properly gripped down, its impossible to know if it'll be OK or not really.
