Seller wants courier to provide a QR code

Just running through in my head who's Gonna get scammed here. Think the risk is now. With the buyer! :D
 
So how have you paid for the item? Because as the seller i wouldnt be allowing paypal payment for an item thats collected.

It would be cash on collection only.

Not sure why you bid on a collect only item when you cant actually collect :confused:
