Message the buyer asking them to confirm the address and that it matches their account. Send the item fully tracked and signed for with insurance. EBay has buyer and seller protection so both parties should be covered. I always put buyer pays for return postage in my listings aswell. You can always try facebook,gumtree etc for local collection in cash
