chris_r i think the people need more information

What type of girl is she?
What does she like?
What does she find interesting?
What does she not like?
What would make her feel special?

If you were any kind of a boyfriend you would be able to answer the above questions yourself and find a suitable act to make her happy.

Point.

why do you ask other people shes your gf? you should know what would make her happy.

Lay off. This thread allows him to find out about different internet thingys like Raymond's chocolate link (which looks very interesting by the way :p) etc etc, which he might not have known about before. That's irrelevant to whether he knows his girlfriend well or not. You both find out your information completely independently of anyone or anything do you? Thought not.

You don’t have to spend money to make a girl happy.

Something as simple as sitting in the sofa having a nice long cuddle while she slurps from a big mug of freshly made honey tea(her favourite) which you made for her.

My point is that you don’t need to give cheep internet flowers or chocolates to them to make them love you, you just need to give her love and respect.
Girls don’t remember the chocolates and the flowers, but they do remember the love and the feeling of belonging 10 years later.

BTW I’m a soppy git bag :p

I wish more men would take heed of this advice. Women like to be listened to, e.g she mentions something she likes, in passing not like an obvious hint. You forget about it for a while and then surprise her with it = win.

Easy win = cook her a meal, shows effort, consideration and thought and make sure the dessert is her fave :)

Single rose = quite cheesy but a nice thought and nice touch.

Good luck! :)

I'm always one for makeing something nice to cheer up my girl (when I've got one) so a nice home cooked meal alone with a back rub and lots of pampering would be my advice, costs hardly anything but a little effort.

Obviously I am single at the moment so maybe that says something about my cooking :p
