Serious Windows update issues

Done and it still wont allow me to delete them , it is the "office12" file.

What other programs do you have installed and running? Any anti-spyware etc?

Norton Internet security 2010.
EVGA precision.

Can you possibly disable Norton and try the install again? It may be blocking access to the registry.

This a load of ****. I just deleted it all via that program james linked and it has all reappered within seconds . WTF

Turning off norton makes no difference.

All seems well for now ,I went in the actual file and deleted the files one by one some groove files wouldnt delete for some reason :confused:

reinstalling now..
