Consumerist sheep the lot of em..

So she travelled from Newcaste and paid for a hotel overnight. Yes dear... becasue the money spent to get there probably overrode the "savings" you could have.

Madness, no wonder people turn to drugs.

Redlaser is a barcode scanner app, its great :D

Is products search pretty good then?

definitely, try it and see. I bought an ace espresso brown/black/glass bedside chest a couple of weeks ago, the only one I could find in the style I wanted at the price I could afford. Honestly don't know what I would use to find something like that without google shopping. :confused:

lets all be honest. If OcUK did sales like this, we would all be there, rushing through like animals to the 5*** section.

I used to work in Harrods - come sale time there'd be people wailing and rolling on the floor if they didn't get what they'd come for. They even broke the doors with their impatience. This is, sadly, standard.

But I don't want a career in retail, my IQ is far too high;
Wow, way to go with the pretentious comment! :rolleyes:

I'm sure there are plenty of people who frequent these forums that do work in retail and who you've insulted with your remark. Maybe they'll be able to tell us whether it's purely a career for window-lickers. Perhaps Spie can confirm that, as he works in retail, he must have a low IQ.

Please do tell me what career you're pursuing, so I can compare whether it's as mentally challenging as mine.
