Setting up SpeedFan

Hello, can someone help me set up SpeedFan since one of the tutorials I saw here on the forum does not work for me.

I have followed this (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18584849) tutorial but when it gets to the part where I have to change the advanced settings to "software controlled", well I do not have that option there

Is this because my case fans are not controllable or I just don't get something right?

could be, in my speed fan i have, advance> under temperature i have pwm, which allows to change from on/off or software controlled, which control speeds of fans,
in your pic u seem to be missing those options as you said.

or where it says Chip> letters then On isa, have you picked the correct ISA ??

Well, I have checked all ISA's and none of them has that option. PWM is no where to find.
