It looks like it's been photoshopped, and it's not the same car in different photos, or at least it's not the same design.

One has a black roof with black pillars, the other has stars and purple going up the window pillars.

The actual stars/nebula is also different in both images as well.

All I see is a ****tastic photo edit done by a 12 year old with star sparkles overlay, enlarged and enhanced with extra JPEG compression artifact goodness to give it that '2001 Internet funny picture sent via email around the office' look.
