This is an IPT, not sure which as it’s been years sorry guys! probably drawn in Inventor 2011 or 2015 at a guess, any later version should open it. It includes both halves, there’s an extruded block subtract that I flip to give me each half.

This I guess is the straight fan version.

Sorry it’s been so long, have since had 2 kids and i’m getting ready to move house! great to see all the other similar mods.

Sold the desktop when baby #2 was ok the way as the office was to become his room! (the Pc grew from this SFF to a full blow 8 core i7, GTX 1080ti with a full blown custom cooling loop 2k 144hz monitor etc etc - the big PC bug bites hard!!!)

Been running a very impressive Lenovo Y540 i5-9300h undervolted with a GTX 1660ti also undervolted, with liquid metal TIM, 144hz FHD display, really impressed it’ll run many demanding games with a frame rate cap when i’m in the living room without even spinning up the fans, and thus have just ordered the new 16” 16:10 165hz 2560x1600 laptop from lenovo, 8 core 16 thread Ryzen 7 5800H & RTX 3070! - I don’t think this will be capable of gaming silently on the sofa!!! Est delivery 12 weeks!

Well, I'm back, this time with a Dell Optiplex 3070 sff, it looks identical to the Optiplex 5060 elektrinis posted on the previous page.

I'm considering maybe a GTX1650 or RX6400 but they're both a lot of money nearly double what I paid for the whole system minus the SSD/Quadro 600 which I had sitting about doing nothing. I paid £70 and it came with a free slightly damaged 27" 75hz Acer KG271 - perfect for my garage - a bargain by any measure I think (just some cosmetic damage to the bezel and either 4 dead pixels in a line up near the top right, or a dead storm fly between the LCD and the backlight!)

This isn't my gaming PC I have a 7800x3d/RX7900 for that so I don't really need a GPU but this is a CAD/CAM machine.

Specs currently are:
Intel i5-9500 6 core/6 thread
8gb Ram (that probably wont do!)
1TB 2230 nvme sdd
1gb Nvidia Quadro 600 single slot

I didn't have a half height pcie io plate for the quadro card so I 3D printed one... its a bit weak but it works well.

As this is in my garage, I need to add in inlet fan with a filter to stop abrasive and conductive dust from cutting/grinding/machining/welding etc - this is what probably killed the outgoing Lenovo M710Q which blew up last week, one of the caps on the PCH went nuclear, checked both sides of the smouldering pads and they both show practically 0 ohms to ground - it aint coming back!
