The Corsair SF units are argueably the best available and would be my personal choice. The 600w is gold rated while the 750w is platinum rated. You shouldn't need the power of the 750w for your pc but that would be my choice for future proofing and the extra efficiency.
The Seasonic SGX units are worth a look but they are a bit larger if space is a premium.
I would avoid the BeQuiet PSU's with their short warranties.
The 600w has flat ribbon style cables. The 750w is probably intended to be a premium product hence the Platinum rating and nice cables.

I believe the cables are of the ribbon type on the SGX. It depends on the price really because even online it seems overpriced when compared to the Corsair SF 750w platinum.
Tenner cheaper than on here then. For only £8 extra I would probably get the SF750 for the extra 100w and platinum efficiency. The 650w psu's are in a sort of no mans land really. Too much power for the lower rated gpu's and not enough power for the higher rated gpu's. I only got my 650w psu as it was a steal for the price being asked at the time otherwise I would have stuck with the 750w Superflower I had back then.
That's new. Was the Nvidia 12 pin in with the rest of the cables? If so they must be including them as standard which is good news.

Indeed it was. After some googling it does appear to be bundled with the SF 750 from now, must be a new revision maybe?
Corsair SFX are indeed good, have the 450W platinum model. The 24pin in very short though, so make sure your case has a small distance, I had to buy an extension, as my Micro ATX board was too large.
Silverstone sometimes make good SFX PSU's too, but are more difficult to find.
Nice! I got my SF750 unit in around December time to go with my RTX3090 and no 12 pin cable so nice to see they are adding them in now, must have been this year sometime so must be new.
Almost finished my build in the O11 Mini and the cable length was spot on, also cable management was a pleasure
