Weird, i ordered one recently like 2 weeks ago and didn't get the 12pin bundled in! Was new and sealed from a competitor too.

Same SF750 as well.

Another vote here for the Corsair SF series PSUs. I've had the 600W and the 750W versions and they're lovely and solid, well built and quiet.

I also like the Silverstone SFX and SFX-L series too, i've had good experiences with them but from what I understand the build quality can be a little bit more questionable and they suffer more from coil whine and rattly fans. Pity as the SX1000 would certainly future-proof any small form factor build for quite a while.
