Should I sue Royal Mail?

@Merlin5 Why not just buy from a UK company, pay a few % more but get your goods delivered in a couple of days and with warranty? Surely the value of your time is worth more than a bit of saving.

Are you purchasing from the store then paying via PayPal? I often find that PayPal shipping labels, which the company will likely use, alter the information I add to the shipping address on the actual vendors checkout page.

Just last week I had a parcel returned to APC because it didn't have a name, only my company address, which reception refused.

Because UK companies can only sell vaping products which meet the stupid EU laws which were passed without any say from the European people and are restricted/gimped/nerfed products

Op what you really need to know and more importantly understand is that you can't sue the Royal Mail because you have no contract with them. The senders are the only ones who can complain to them. It's the senders liability until the item is delivered so any refunds must come from them for non delivery. They in turn claim for lost parcels for either the statutory amount or the insured amount, it will all go through the China post as that's who their contract is with, if they even have the right to in China.

I guess it's the same as me trying to find a replacement for my Walkman that hasn't got the volume levels gimped by the EU.
