From what I've heard based on those 2 games you're making a bad choice....

GTA having denser grass doesn't make it a better game on ps4 lol. (and really console size/power brick only matters if you travel with it or are short on space)

Played a bit of my brothers, infamous is alright but nothing special, the controller is way better than ps3 but still not as good as 360 or xbone. A couple fps and graphics details ain't gonna sway me.

There are some good games like last of us but I'll play them at Xmas
 
I prefer my ps4 to my 360. Also with project cars coming out in may forza will be history. Also gran turismo 7 will be released at some point which will be epic.

Last of us is epic too.

This, agreed totally. the ps4 is a terrific console and very sleek looking and is very quick with install times. I've seen first hand the pain of installing and updating x1 games, it takes forever to install a game, then it needs updates after install ps4 plonk the disc in, most games within a minute you're playing and it downloads updates whilst you play.. it's so sleek it's untrue. the ps3 was so painful to install and update games, Sony got their install and patching routine on the ps4 so easy, quick and just right ..

the ds4 is a joy to use, it's better then a 360 pad imo.

the ps4 is now a very good media device as well, BBC, 5 on demand, sky tv, Netflix, YouTube, the mp3 playback is a pain, as you need to use usb devices, and dnla is still missing sadly. but what is there is pretty darn good.

but ps4 games are wicked.. don't let the poor early reviews of drive club put you off the titled, it's now mostly fixed from it's messy release, and its being updated quite frequently...

also, you can use any audio headset with the ds4 it's just so easy to plug a audio splitter into the ds4 pad and use any headset with a Mic for lonlknee gaming..

also, they say psn is poor, it's really not.. Sony have had a rough time with psn , but its not nearly down as much as folks tell you. it's actually been rather solid for big launches.. sadly massaging on ps4 is slower then I'd like, but it is improving..

a ps4 is a very good games machine, I've been really impressed with mine, after the awful time I had with a ps3 I was a little worried the ps4 would be the same, but Sony have fixed so many flaws of the ps3 with the ps4, it's only mp3 and dnla support I feel they went backwards with.

It's buggy, takes about a week to send a message. Psn have problems all the time. And the controller is awful. Poor battery and sticks will break unless you mod with rubber.

Last of us however might be worth it

It's not buggy.
It does does not take a week to send a message it takes about 35 secs, obviously poor but this is a problem that will get sorted.
Psn does not have problems all the time.
The ds4 is on par with the xbone controller, some say the ds4 is better. Personal preference.
The battery life is not great but it's not that bad.
The sticks were poor at first but I think this has been fixed.
 
Yeah my sticks are fine, a mate who got his at same time about the same usage and his sticks are wearing. Must just be the user pushing too hard.

for me,the one aspect i love about ps4 is downloading patches while playing games.
sony really did their homework on that on compared to the ps3 ,and its true what the previous post said about xb1's load and install times ,they are shocking ,
i work at game ,and when a customer brings one in to trade or just to test if its faulty ,we have to make sure a game is already installed on the drive . damn thing takes too long ,
