Should parents with ASD children have a separate/shorter supermarket queue?

Tbf that's exactly what you said, why don't you do online shopping then you wouldn't have the problem, the kids need to get out and experience real life, why can't people help and understand rather than judging through sheer ignorance.?
Exactly, we can't just keep them locked inside. People like that man in Tesco today need to learn to just shut up and not comment at the meltdown.
 
No, because ASD is a spectrum condition and presents in massively diverse behaviours and needs. Not all ASD diagnosed children (or parents thereof) would benefit significantly from such a system, and, what about parents of (some) kids with ADHD, Aspergers, any number of other conditions that disadvantage them. Or is ASD more special than anyone else's cross to bear?
