Here's a pic I sent in the message to them as well, you can see the bump part and also the fine crack that runs along the left. You can feel it under the finger nails.

I requested a replacement yet the email I got a moment ago says:

You know what, sod the fancy blown mugs, sod them in every hole. I'll get the refund and stick with my ceramic. They've not asked for this faulty one back so I'll use it as a pen pot... Yay.

what do you expect from a company that evades tax?
 
They have to by law. But to not offer a replacement is crap.

Yes I know they have to by law, I was referring to your dig at the tax thing, which has nothing to do with the other thing.

They gave him his money back, get another if he wants to? So instead of having to send one back, wait until it process, and send another one out, now money in account, order another, so have 2?

What's the difference?
 
I don't get it, granted if they want you to package it all up and send it back to Belgium before they can send another one out. Now the faff is just click Add to Basket, Check Out on their webpage. As opposed to just send you another one out after your email. Which I am sure you can order another mug in less time than taking a photo, upload to Lightroom, and them upload it online...

The faff isn't really that much faff in the grand scheme of things ?
 
If the next one I order is also faulty then it becomes double the hassle of having to send another web form and wait more time and so on.

I made my intention clear on the web form, I wanted a replacement yet they're giving me a refund. I know I could just wait for the refund then order another one but I shouldn't need to do this when my request was clear so therefore I am not satisfied and will simply take the refuind and not bother.

Oh and not forgetting posting about it on the internet.

The guineas cup is a big cup, yes the big grouch cup is probably about three cups lol.

I had a moustache mug I broke and want to replace it, I got the grouch cup in the meanwhile. Lol.
